Maria Petrenko | Design Collaborations

Maria’s passion for design can be measured by the size of her hair which, on a humid day, is crazy big. She founded Hadrout Design for business to provide state-of-the-art website development, brand management and marketing to start-ups, boutique businesses and those that seek a "wow" presence online and off. Maria collaborated with friend and marketing guru, Amy Grambeau, to start Orange Egg Advertising nearly 18 years ago. As Orange Egg Advertising grew, so did Maria’s entrepreneurial spirit. You might say Hadrout Design for Business hatched from Orange Egg and we are proud to collaborate with Maria and her team on Custom website projects.

What’s with “á la carte” marketing?

Do these scenarios sound familiar ?

ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION MANAGEMENT

Scenario:

Sales agents from every possible media are calling you to buy….. 30 second spots, quarter pages, inserts, ads on coffee cup holders… What do you choose? What works? How much do I spend? Where do you get the creative that works? On top of this your buddy Bob, who owns a car dealership in Cincinnati is giving you his best advice. What should you do?

You need Advertising and Promotion Management – The whole nine yards.

CREATIVE ADVERTISING

Scenario:

Your previous Marketing Manager, Lucie, signed a contract for a billboard for a year. Lucie is gone and you are staring at an empty 14” x 48”. There are still nine months left and you are tempted to just stick your logo across the board and make it go away. Stop. You must realize that a badly created ad can cause as much harm as a nicely done ad can bring you success. Let us create a design for you. Make it a landmark. Make your competition clench their fists in anger. Make this empty space an outstanding creative piece that will make you more profitable.

You need creative design.

MEDIA BUYING AND PLANNING

Scenario:

Your sister-in-law Katie went to college to study marketing. She says that TV advertising is the only one that works. You trust Katie – and wouldn’t it be cool to have your ad on ESPN. But how much could it possibly cost? Who do you call? What time of the day should it run? … Maybe radio is cheaper, and just as effective, but which station? Oops, but we already have an ad campaign in the paper.

Guess who has the answers?

WEB AND IDENTITY DESIGN

Scenario:

Moby, the manager of your pet store, with a degree in sociology, has been given the task of advertising. His newspaper ads are designed by the newspaper, the business cards are designed by the printer, the radio copy was written by the sales rep, and the billboard was designed by Moby’s brother, Aaron. You’re suffering from an identity crisis. This is where we come in…. knock, knock, knock.
